Every individual, whether they’re solo or working in groups, has a time in their life when they ask themselves this question:

“Whom can I go to for help or support in achieving life goals?”

We used to go to our boss, a friend, or possibly even a mentor. However, with today’s fast paced, changing world where we’re all required to do more with less people, it is difficult if not impossible to get the proper support from the boss, a friend, or a mentor. The day is still only 24 hours in length and we all want to balance our work and personal lives so we can live more productive and enriched lives.

Whether we’re trying to advance careers, focus on work/life balance, or make personal improvements, the use of a coach can add significant benefits and value to organizations, not to mention that it makes us feel better about ourselves. Like sport teams that need the coach to guide them, business coaches do the same. They provide guidance for their clients, helping individuals and teams work through the process of identifying strengths and weaknesses making them stronger, more focused individuals in their attainment of goals. Coaches help individuals reach goals faster!

We are committed at EE Enterprises to helping people through a learning and development process and to cover an extensive range of competencies and skills in order to help individuals grow in their personal and work experiences. Whatever level in the organization, we help employees meet the needs of today’s challenges in the workplace and beyond.

The Coaching Process

The process used in coaching involves analysis and research of the needs of the individual helping them meet the needs of the organization. The coach needs to understand what challenges are faced by the employee and the organization in order to determine how coaching can help meet the needs of both sets of challenges.

The coach needs to know where you’ve been and where you want to go. Personal coaching must present the “before” and “after” pictures that show remarkable results and in order to do so, time must be spent getting to know the player or players.

Coaching can be managed face-to-face or by phone. Some individuals prefer phone coaching because it better suits their schedule and allows for more flexibility. The sessions are kept confidential and both parties sign an agreement or “contract”. This agreement is rarely broken except in cases of emergencies.

The sessions are typically 3 sessions per month for approximately 45 minutes per session for as long as the organization, coach and individual feel is necessary.

Resources Used to Support the Process
